Sunday, November 24, 2019 at 1 PM – 3:30 PM    Pepperoni Rolls & Bites:Is it a hot pocket, folded pizza or a pizza roll? You decide. In this class we will have a quick overview of making fresh mozzarella and then go right into making our own dough. Hobby Hill Farm will serve some of their Delicious Pepperoni rolls while your dough rises. After our snack we will be assembling and baking our pepperoni rolls and bites for our attendees to take home or to enjoy with an awesome glass of DuCard Wine. We will teach you our secrets to making this yeast based product. Bring a container because we guarantee you will be taking your Rolls and Bites home after you have had your fill.
