What does it mean to be a man in these divisive times? It’s so easy to say “I’m right and you’re wrong”. We’re constantly looking outside ourselves for approval, for validation, and for love. How can we be both powerful and loving?
In this workshop we will explore the way of brotherhood, sharing with other men our own trials and fears. We will use some ancient methods of purification, sweat lodge and shamanic journeying, along with Pathwork techniques to process inner feelings and bring them to the surface.
When we open our hearts we strengthen our courage. Then we can begin to listen to that voice within ourselves and begin to claim our true power, and our open-hearted ability to love. For more info go to website www.sevenoaksretreat.org
