Sunday, October 5 – No Book Left Behind Festival – The third annual “No Book Left Behind: Celebrating Our Freedom to Read” festival will be held from 12-5 pm. This family-friendly event is a celebration of the freedom to read and will feature a full program of author panels, discussions, and activities for all ages.    

This year’s program includes two featured panel discussions:  1:00 PM: “The Gift of Reading”   2:30 PM: “Breaking Silence: Readings about the Vietnam War”

The festival will also feature a number of community organizations and vendors, including the Madison County Library, the Literacy Council of Madison County, MADSafe, NAACP Culpeper, and Hundred Acre Books, who will be selling books by the speakers as well as other banned books. A craft table will be available for children, and CubaMex will be serving food all day.

 Sunday, October 5 – Pop-Up Food Truck – CubaMex is serving homemade Cuban & Mexican cuisine from noon until 5 pm!
