In the Old World it’s a blending grape in Bordeaux and a single varietal bottling in Loire, but it’s gaining traction in New World vineyards. But how and why does it differ from country to country and state to state? What are it’s unique flavor characteristics and how are they best expressed? Let’s taste and find out! We will hold two sessions: 12pm and again at 3:00pm.

Small bites will accompany the wines, and wines will be available for purchase at the end of each session.
