Wallace Gap Farm, LLC We are a family-owned farm raising all-natural, hormone-free Black Angus beef. We have 3 locations for our cattle to graze and 1 farm for hay production. Our farms are at the foothills of the beautiful Shenandoah Mountains in Madison, Virginia. We operate a “cow/calf” operation and process our beef at an USDA inspected facility for wholesale and retail sales. Currently our herd is approximately 140. We are always looking for new partners to market our delicious and flavorful beef.
