Then, it’s your turn—knead, roll, and season your own naan before heading to the grill, where Chef Tim will fire it to perfection. Enjoy your creation with a spread of classic Greek dips, from smoky baba ghanoush to spicy tyrokafteri.

End the evening with a four-course dinner inspired by timeless Greek flavors reimagined, paired perfectly with Early Mountain wines.
