The Menu:

1. Smoked pulled pork topped with moonshine BBQ sauce and served on a rustic slider roll

2. Fire-braised ribs glazed with bourbon BBQ sauce.

3. Hickory smoked beef brisket topped with horseradish mayo sauce and served on a rustic slider.

4. Grilled chicken thigh brushed with apple butter BBQ sauce.
