Whether you’re seeking a cozy retreat or planning a joyful gathering, our properties—the charming Madison Eagle and the delightful Historic Eve House—are perfect for any occasion.
Owners Jonathan and Lorrie Noggle purchased the Madison Eagle in 2021 to revive the historic building and bring more visitors to the town of Madison. In 2022, they purchased the Eve House across the street.
Both buildings have undergone extensive renovation, with the Eagle taken down to its original brick structure and wooden floors and updated with modern HVAC and insulation. The Eve required structural reinforcement as well as many repairs to its windows. The floors and fireplaces are all original to the house.
